This poster introduces a workflow for culturing and profiling individual neurospheres in configurable CellCage microenvironments. By supporting long-term culture, custom enclosure geometries, and downstream transcriptomic analysis, the platform enables researchers to study neuronal organization and functional behavior in a more tissue-like context. The approach preserves delicate neuronal structures while allowing monitoring of neurite outgrowth, network organization, and phenotypic diversity over time. Linking these observations to transcriptomic data provides a richer view of neurosphere biology than endpoint analysis alone. The workflow offers a scalable framework for studying development, function, and disease-relevant neuronal phenotypes.
